Grilling Mushrooms on your grill is easy and taste great. They can be cooked for use on K-Bobs or as a side dish all their own.
1 package whole white mushrooms
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tbsp. Montreal or Canadian Steak Seasoning spice blend, or for a little Creole kick, add a half tsp of Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning.
Clean and trim stem ends from mushrooms. Put mushrooms, oil and seasoning in a plastic bag. Marinate, the longer the better.
Cook mushrooms on the grill, either on skewers or a grill pan for about 10 minutes until hot through and browned.
